Welcome to The Grounded Soul A peaceful space for skincare, energy healing, and holistic wellness. Founded by Kristen DeRosa, Licensed Esthetician and Reiki Master, The Grounded Soul offers customized facials, Reiki sessions, and other healing modalities to support your mind, body, and soul. Each service is designed to help you feel balanced, renewed, and confident—inside and out. We’re also home to a collective of wellness professionals offering massage therapy, acupuncture, holistic counseling, and more. Together, we create a supportive environment where your self-care and healing are the priority.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a cancellation fee may apply. This policy allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business!

Owner of The Grounded Soul Licensed Esthetician | Reiki Master & Teacher With nearly two decades of experience in skincare and energy work, Kristen is passionate about helping clients feel radiant—inside and out. She began her journey at the New York Institute of Beauty in 2006 and later completed an advanced esthetics course in 2014 to deepen her knowledge of skin health and rejuvenation. As a Reiki Master and teacher, her approach has evolved beyond traditional skincare to focus on whole-person wellness—mind, body, and soul. After personally healing from a diagnosed auto immune did-ease and years of chronic illness, she dedicated herself to exploring and offering holistic methods that support others on their path to balance and healing. Her facials are not just about improving the skin’s appearance—they’re an experience. When appropriate, she intuitively incorporate Reiki energy into treatments, helping clients not only look their best, but feel their best too.

Licensed Massage therapist & Acupuncturist. Reiki Master & teacher. Bringing healing to the world…one person at a time. With the experience and knowledge I have gained over the years I am able to incorporate the Energy Healing of Reiki, the power of tough with Massage & Acupuncture, and another Nature’s medicine of Essential Oils to benefit each patient with healing in a higher level through their mind, body and soul. I’ve been working in the medical massage and Acupuncture field for several years assisting patients with their pain and emotions; giving each patient a better quality of life.
